Susan Larson has been an opera and concert singer, a professor, a journalist, painter, gardener and grandma. She loves horses, dogs, birds and the rest of the natural world; and she loves her biologist husband Jim. She lives in a small town in Massachusetts, close by her kids and grandkids.
